Our Story

Diligent Ladies Network (DLN) was founded in 2024 by Mucho Meekness, a passionate advocate for ladies' empowerment. What began as a vision to create a vibrant network of women and girls has grown into a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming lives through education, mentorship, economic empowerment, and health initiatives.

DLN is making significant progress on its setup and operational initiatives. The registration process is ongoing, financial channels have been established, and the team continues to grow with 16 dedicated volunteers onboarded. The Goal-Setting and Execution Accountability Program is currently in progress, and the Pinnacle Program is ready for members.

With a servant leadership philosophy at its core, DLN strives for excellence in empowering women and girls — fostering leadership, health, and entrepreneurship. The organization embraces a collaborative approach, working with like-minded stakeholders including government ministries, universities, private sector companies, NGOs, faith-based organizations, and international partners to drive impact and create lasting change.
