Meet the Founder

Mucho Meekness founded Diligent Ladies Network (DLN) in 2024 with a vision to empower ladies and enhance communities through education, mentorship, economic empowerment, and health initiatives.

A passionate advocate for ladies' empowerment, she leads with a servant leadership philosophy — mimicking excellence and prioritizing impact. Her approach is guided by the principles of empowerment, mentorship, inclusivity, resilience, and economic independence.

Under her leadership, Diligent Ladies Network has onboarded 16 dedicated volunteers, launched the Goal-Setting and Execution Accountability Program and the Pinnacle Program, and continues to grow into a vibrant network of women and girls worldwide.
